All forms, deposits, memberships and trainings are required to be completed PRIOR to your first practice.
CLUB Fee Insurance 2025-2026
Club Fee insurance is not required but is a great idea. Club fees are due and payable upon contract regardless of participation. Tournaments, facilities and coaches have been secured through those funds.

Coverage begins the day after purchase
You'll receive a confirmation email from ViCoverage (Vertical Insure) with your policy details
Create an account at customers.vicoverage.com using the same email used to purchase your policy to access your coverage certificate.
Need to File a Claim?
Log in at customers.vicoverage.com
Click on your policy
Scroll down to the designated claim link and follow the prompts

Complete process and complete payment.
For NEW Accounts: Make sure that you create new accounts with the PARENT first, then add the player.
